Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a Business-related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of corporate or staffing industry recruiting
  • Minimum of 5 years Director-level and above recruiting
  • Experience sourcing using Boolean logic, ATS or other Job platforms
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
  • Strong understanding of OFCCP and EEO guidelines
