Job Description
Senior Recruiter, Data will manage full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across Bloomberg’s Data function. The role will be responsible for finding the best talent across a diverse slate of professionals and fostering relationships with hiring leaders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recent recruiting experience
  • Experience leading the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level hires
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to execute on assignments and make decisions independently with limited information
