Role OverviewAs a full life cycle recruiter on the GSR Design team, you'll collaborate with talented peers, influence at the most senior levels, and make a meaningful impact on the growth and success of Amazon Design. You'll be a vital strategic partner, helping to shape our talent acquisition approach and elevate the candidate experience for some of the most sought-after technical professionals in the world.
What You Will Do
Partner with research to identify and cultivate candidates, create unique search strategies, develop innovative ways to connect with Principal, Director & VP level design talent, and build out design talent networks.

Requirements
- 5+ years of advising and influencing executive leadership experience
- 7+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting work with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high tech market experience
- 7+ years of recruiting with focus on engineering, technical operations, and product management experience
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership

- Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines
- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
