Role OverviewAs a Senior Recruiter at Cielo, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
What You Will Do
Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers, collaborate with internal stakeholders, evaluate candidate profiles, and partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in managing key stakeholders
- Significant recruiting experience
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
