Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition
- Deep experience hiring across GTM functions
- Experience partnering with leaders throughout the recruiting process
- Actively using AI tools in the recruiting workflow
- Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Google Suite
- Proficient in sourcing talent across a range of seniority levels
- Expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews
- Experience managing both high-volume hiring and specialized searches
- Familiarity with tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics
