Role OverviewAs a Senior Recruiter at Hearth, you will own hiring end-to-end across both technical and non-technical roles. You will be responsible for managing 4 to 5 or more open reqs at once, anticipating bottlenecks, and solving them before they slow a hire down. You will work closely with hiring managers, adapting to how each of them operates, and act as their main point of advice on the search.
What You Will Do
Independently manage 4 to 5 or more open reqs at once spanning both technical and non-technical roles without dropping quality or speed. Anticipate bottlenecks and solve them before they slow a hire down. Own the process end-to-end: intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview loop design, feedback, offer, and close.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting
- A track record across both technical and non-technical roles
- Fintech or startup experience
