Job Description
SkyHop Global is building a stronger, modernized People (HR) structure to support its growth and people-first culture. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting to attract and hire station leadership roles, dispatchers, and support staff nationwide.

Requirements

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Operations leaders to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates through multiple channels
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and federal hiring requirements for safety-sensitive positions
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity and generate recruiting reports/metrics
  • Support employer branding initiatives
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
  • Assist with onboarding processes
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Recruitment Coordinators and junior recruiters
