Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to shape the talent acquisition landscape for senior and specialized roles within our organization. As a Senior Recruiter, you will drive recruitment efforts, mentor team members, lead projects, and collaborate with leadership to align our hiring practices with strategic objectives.
Requirements
7+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
5+ years of experience advising and influencing senior leaders
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn)
Experience recruiting in the life science and/or clinical research industry
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly desirable
Benefits
Base salary range: $71,955.00 to $125,109.00
