As a Senior Relationship Banker, you manage and enhance client relationships, focusing on attracting and retaining new clients while strengthening existing ones. You directly manage and grow a client portfolio of high value consumer and small business clients.
What You Will Do
Independently manage a portfolio of high value consumer and small business customers. Proactively deepen relationships through early engagement calls and regular outreach, assess customer needs, and recommend needs-based solutions. Collaborate with team members and partners to achieve branch goals and ensure an elevated customer experience.

Requirements
- 5+ Years Experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment - Required. (OR) 2+ Years in Financial Services with direct experience acquiring new client relationships and developing existing client relationships - Required. (OR) 12+ Months Demonstrated successful Santander experience related to the essential functions and responsibilities of the Relationship Banker role. District Executive, District Operations Manager and Region President endorsement of performance - Required. (AND) 12+ Months Customer service experience within a high volume, fast paced and constantly changing environment - Required.
- High school diploma, GED: or equivalent work experience - Required
