We're seeking an experienced coach with deep, hands-on experience in relationship and marriage-focused coaching. This role requires maturity, emotional intelligence, and real-world exposure to relationship transformation work.
What You Will Do
Deliver high-impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, communication, trust repair, and personal accountability. Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with clarity, structure, and proven frameworks.

Requirements
- Proven background coaching individuals or couples through marriage conflict, emotional disconnection, trust breakdown, separation, or reconciliation
- Direct experience in relationship, marriage, or couples coaching is required
- Relevant certifications or qualifications such as ICF, Gottman Method, EFT, IFS, SYMBIS, PAIRS, PREP, BCC, or LMFT/LPC/LCSW will be a strong plus
