Role OverviewPlay a critical role in the development of new life science technology as a reliability engineer in the R&D group. Work in a team environment to assess and improve product reliability throughout the design process.
What You Will Do
Lead and monitor multiple reliability projects, provide reliability risk assessments, create and implement test plans, facilitate multidisciplinary discussions, record and manage large amounts of detailed test data, and troubleshoot instrument failures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Experience with test automation, FMEA, and statistical knowledge is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of reliability engineering experience
- Knowledge of reliability fundamentals and understanding of reliability analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in BSL2 lab
- Willingness to prepare blood samples for testing
Benefits
- Pay rate: $50/hr
- Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC Holders or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPT)
