Role OverviewThe Senior Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance of physical assets while leading and developing the Reliability Engineering team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related discipline required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or asset management required
- 3+ years of leadership experience required, with team leadership in maintenance and reliability preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading or managing engineers or technical professionals required
- Strong working knowledge of reliability engineering principles and tools
- Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or asset-intensive environments
- Experience implementing reliability programs in CMMS/EAM systems
- Experience using PdM tools and techniques
- PSM/RMP experience preferred
- Technical training in PdM practices (ultrasound, vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, lubrication principles preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- CMRP or CRL certification preferred
