Role Overview

The Senior Research Assistant will lead a cutting-edge research group at the intersection of single-cell multi-omics, computational virology, and preclinical therapeutic development. The role involves laboratory management, performing molecular cloning, recombinant protein expression and purification, flow cytometry, yeast surface display, mammalian cell culture, DNA extraction, and library preparation for next-generation sequencing. The successful applicant will play an active role in leading the day-to-day success of the experimental lab and contribute to a multitude of ongoing projects.

What You Will Do

Perform molecular cloning, recombinant protein expression and purification, flow cytometry, yeast surface display, mammalian cell culture, DNA extraction, and library preparation for next-generation sequencing. Record and analyze research data, prepare reports, and provide insights to the research team.

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $77,100.00 - $119,400.00
