Role OverviewThe Senior Research Compliance Specialist coordinates financial and billing monitoring of the Research Compliance Research Billing/Finance Review program, promotes and implements compliance programs, and performs compliance reviews.
What You Will Do
The Senior Research Compliance Specialist will serve as a resource for investigators and clinical research staff, perform job duties in accordance with organizational policies, and ensure clinical trials are generated, documented, and reported in compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, accounting, or clinical research compliance and billing, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or other related field
- Compliance Certification through CHRC, HCCA
- Three (3) years of recent work experience in finance, accounting, or clinical research compliance and billing
