Role OverviewA senior-level role that leads strategic, multidisciplinary projects, serves as a thought leader, and builds the company’s innovation network. The Sr Research Engineer will run complex research projects with minimum oversight, create new conceptual designs and validates them, contribute to the innovation strategy, and serve as a mentor and leader across engineering levels.
What You Will Do
Develop schedules, coordinate, and manage feasibility projects of minor to major size with little to no supervision, develop budgets with little to no supervision, and publish research findings and contribute to organizational IP.
