Role OverviewAs a Senior Resolution Manager at Gallagher Bassett, you will investigate, evaluate, and settle complex claims with minimal supervision. You will exercise proper judgment and decision-making to analyze claims exposure, determine the proper course of action, and settle claims. You will interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process and demonstrate complete knowledge of the claim file process.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include investigating and evaluating complex claims, determining coverage, liability, and damages, and setting proper reserves. You will also communicate clearly with clients and present action plans to move cases to conclusion.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- 5 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled or able to obtain the licenses/certification per local requirements
- Extensive knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
