Requirements

  • Graduation from an AMA/CoARC approved Respiratory Care program
  • Registration (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Michigan
  • One to three years of respiratory care experience
  • Successful completion of ECMO training program, if applicable
  • Hyperbaric training, if applicable
  • BCLS certification required
  • ACLS certification preferred
