Requirements

  • Delivering education programs and training to help clients and employees understand and engage with their employer-sponsored retirement plans
  • Serving as the primary contact for assigned retirement plans, building strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and resolving complex issues related to plan administration and recordkeeping
  • Collaborating with clients to review and optimize plan designs, ensure regulatory compliance with IRS and ERISA standards, and assist with plan changes and enhancements
