Role OverviewLead advanced RF design and optimization initiatives across complex wireless network deployments. Serve as a technical leader responsible for ensuring optimal network performance, capacity planning, and spectrum utilization.
What You Will Do
Conduct advanced propagation modeling and interference analysis, develop and implement strategies to improve coverage, throughput, and network reliability, and lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network performance issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- 5–8 years of RF engineering experience
- Strong experience with RF design, propagation modeling, and network optimization
- Experience with LTE and 5G NR performance engineering
- Advanced proficiency with RF planning tools and drive test analysis tools
