Senior Right of Way Project Manager

Job Description
Role Overview

The Senior Right of Way Project Manager will provide overall leadership and accountability for a multi-year natural gas pipeline program involving acquisition, construction support, landowner coordination, damages, restoration, and project closeout. The role requires strong project management skills, ability to anticipate problems, make sound decisions, and communicate effectively with clients and landowners.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing a geographically dispersed team of right of way professionals, developing and maintaining project schedules, priorities, staffing plans, and work assignments, monitoring parcel-level acquisition progress, and leading weekly project status meetings.
