Role OverviewThe Senior Risk Analyst is responsible for making sound credit decisions within required turnaround times, investigating and decisioning credit requests using all available credit resources. The role requires strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and creative thinking skills, with a thorough understanding of automated credit scoring and risk rating analytics.
What You Will Do
Reviews and analyzes credit scoring metrics and risk ratings, supports credit decisions with scoring model and supplementary data, accurately spreads and analyzes financial statements, and monitors credit lines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in finance or a related subject
- At least 5 years of related work experience
- Bank credit training or other formal credit training a plus
- Strong working knowledge of automated credit scoring and financial modeling
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close structured approvals for challenging credits
- Clear understanding of equipment lease operations
- Team player and self-starter with high energy, positive outlook, and professional demeanor
