Role OverviewProvide project management and professional design services for transportation improvement projects. Manage design, provide senior-level functional designs, and provide QC for roadway geometry and details, drainage, work zone traffic control, pavement markings, and signing for transportation infrastructure.
What You Will Do
Design experience using MicroStation, Geopak. Coordinate design development and assisting with technical direction to other design staff. Facilitate and lead project meetings both within STV and with clients.

Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in all technical aspects of roadway design or bridge design
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- NC PE license is required or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Experience in project management and design of intersections, roundabouts, interchanges, widenings, and bike/ped facilities
- Experience with NCDOT and other NC municipalities
- Strong inter-personal skills for client and other engineering discipline interaction
