Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer to join their Transportation team in Michigan. The role involves working on infrastructure projects for roadways, including intersections, collector streets, and expressways. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from home or in the office and will be responsible for mentoring junior staff, managing project plans and schedules, and ensuring project compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of relevant engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Michigan PE license, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months
  • Task management experience within infrastructure design and construction engineering
  • Proficiency with MicroStation, OpenRoads and 3D Design
  • Proficiency with MDOT design standards and policies
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent, clear and concise, oral and written communication skills
