Role OverviewThe Senior Safety Engineer is responsible for managing safety programs across the factory, ensuring all safety initiatives are current and updated as needed to stay ahead of industry trends. The role involves maintaining employee safety training and other compliance records as well as compliance with federal and local safety regulations.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include promoting a culture of safety and accountability, assisting with planning and implementation of general and site-specific safety training, ensuring jobsite safety inspections are being completed, and maintaining OSHA 300 logs and safety training records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant safety or management experience
