Role OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Sr. Management Team as the Dual Sales and Catering Manager for SpringHill Suites and Fairfield by Marriott Raleigh/Cary. The role will be responsible for direct sales efforts, growing existing accounts, and maximizing revenue and RevPar indexes.
What You Will Do
The Dual Sales and Catering Manager will be responsible for prospecting new business, conducting hotel site tours, presentations, and client relationship-building activities, and producing activity and booking reports. They will also supervise the property's sales department and take responsibility for achieving hotel revenue goals.
