Role OverviewThe Senior Sales Associate will consistently achieve individual sales goals, provide superior customer service, and take on senior-level responsibilities within a store. The role is part of a larger team that aims to create lifelong musicians and make a difference in the world by enabling musicians and non-musicians to experience the happiness of playing an instrument.
What You Will Do
Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals, promote the Music & Arts lesson program, create business by networking with teachers/schools, churches, and community organizations, and participate in all areas of store operation.

Requirements
