Senior Sales Associate

Join the Guitar Center team as a Senior Sales Associate, creating experiences for customers and helping them find the perfect gear to bring their sound to life. As a keyholding member of the store, you will be looked on for opening and closing the store as needed. You will be part of a dynamic team of Sr. Sales Associates who are passionate about music and helping people.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include creating a welcoming environment for customers, achieving and exceeding sales targets, maintaining expert-level knowledge of gear, and helping customers find the perfect instruments and accessories. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and helping your team be the go-to in the local music community.
