Job Description
OCLC is seeking a Senior Sales & Commission Analyst to join their team. The Senior Sales & Commission Analyst will be responsible for managing sales incentive plans, delivering key sales reports and analytics, and leading strategic pricing analysis. The position will require a strong understanding of sales reporting and product pricing, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales reporting and product pricing
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with NetSuite, Xactly, and SalesForce or similar systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and highly skilled with Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
