Job Description
Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will join a 1-hour paid live consultation with a Mercor researcher and narrate your job processes including CRM steps, outreach cadences, deal stages, and campaign workflows.
Requirements
5+ years of full-time sales, account management, or marketing experience at a B2B company
Experience as Account Executive, SDR/BDR, or Sales Manager owning pipeline and quota
Background in Customer Success or Account Management running renewals, expansion, and QBRs
Experience in Demand Generation, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing running multi-channel campaigns
Day-to-day use of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), outreach tooling (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and analytics (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
