The Sales Director will represent the broader platform in the market, identifying client needs and connecting them with the right combination of capabilities across Stratoscope.
What You Will Do
Drive new business growth, develop and execute a national sales strategy, sell the full platform, lead consultative sales conversations, build senior-level relationships, own opportunities from origination through close, create high-quality client deliverables, expand client relationships, develop strategic partnerships and channels, and partner across the organization.

Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive B2B sales, business development, or commercial experience
- Demonstrated success in a senior individual-contributor or sales leadership capacity
- Experience managing sophisticated sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, customized solutions, and executive-level decision-makers
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to uncover business needs, ask thoughtful questions, and translate complex capabilities into compelling client solutions
- Experience selling multiple services, solutions, or capabilities and identifying opportunities to expand relationships beyond an initial engagement
- Strong commercial judgment, including experience with pricing, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and protecting profitable growth
- Executive presence and credibility with senior client stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to independently produce polished, executive-level client materials
- A disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and sales accountability
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the United States
