Job Description
We're hiring a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to help build and scale enablement across our sales organization. This role is for someone ready to take the next step in ownership and impact.
Requirements
2+ years in sales enablement, sales training, L&D, or a closely related field OR meaningful sales experience (AE, SDR) with a demonstrated pivot into enablement or training work.
Hands-on experience with an LMS platform (e.g., Lessonly, Mindtickle, Allego, Highspot, or similar)
Hands-on experience with a conversation intelligence tool (e.g., Gong, Jiminny, Clari, Chorus, LevelAI, Nooks, or similar)
Proficiency in Salesforce (e.g., report building, dashboard familiarity, pipeline monitoring)
Experience building seller-facing content (e.g., talk tracks, training decks, one-pagers, training modules, or playbooks)
Strong facilitation skills (e.g., commanding a room, gamification, interactive presentation skills)
Proven experience in prompting AI tools to improve workflows, generate content, and extract insights
