Job Description
Druva is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer to drive innovation and manage relationships with strategic customers. The role involves technical leadership, pipeline generation, customer demonstrations, and account management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong technical background and the ability to translate technical solutions into actionable business strategies. The role requires a proactive individual comfortable working at the Executive level.
Requirements
5+ years in technical customer-facing roles with at least 3+ years as a Sales Engineer.
Knowledge of cyber security solutions including Palo Alto, FireEye, Crowdstrike.
Expert level knowledge of Operating Systems including MS Windows, Linux, and MAC.
Experience with Active Directory, SSO Tools, SCCM/Casper Deployment tools, Virtual environments (VMWare, HyperV, AHV), Storage Technologies (SAN/NAS).
Knowledge of Cloud Technology using AWS/Azure along with SaaS applications like M365, Salesforce and Dynamics.
Strong knowledge of enterprise server backup technology.
Strong knowledge of VMware & Hyper-V administration.
Backup & Restore of File & MSSQL Servers, and VMware.
Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud services.
Strong knowledge of cyber recovery (NIST and Incident Response) processes.
Understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
