Job Description
Druva is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer to drive innovation and manage relationships with strategic customers. The role involves technical leadership, pipeline generation, customer demonstrations, and account management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong technical background and the ability to translate technical solutions into actionable business strategies. The role requires a proactive individual comfortable working at the Executive level.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles with at least 3+ years as a Sales Engineer.
  • Knowledge of cyber security solutions including Palo Alto, FireEye, Crowdstrike.
  • Expert level knowledge of Operating Systems including MS Windows, Linux, and MAC.
  • Experience with Active Directory, SSO Tools, SCCM/Casper Deployment tools, Virtual environments (VMWare, HyperV, AHV), Storage Technologies (SAN/NAS).
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technology using AWS/Azure along with SaaS applications like M365, Salesforce and Dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise server backup technology.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware & Hyper-V administration.
  • Backup & Restore of File & MSSQL Servers, and VMware.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud services.
  • Strong knowledge of cyber recovery (NIST and Incident Response) processes.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
