Job Description
Join our amazing team at Hyatt Regency Morristown as a Senior Sales Manager to provide efficient service and meaningful experiences to our guests. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000- $90,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of hotel sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding group revenue goals
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • In-depth knowledge of group sales processes, contracting, and event planning requirements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations and revenue teams
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
