Job Description
Hyatt is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join their team at Hyatt Regency Morristown. The successful candidate will have experience in hotel sales, be a top producer, and have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding group revenue goals
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • In-depth knowledge of group sales processes, contracting, and event planning requirements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations and revenue teams
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have 3-5 years of hotel sales experience
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
  • Must have selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training
