Job Description
Aurora is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying and securing contracts with midsize and enterprise-level clients within the transportation fleet segment. The successful candidate will have complete ownership of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sale account handoff.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in sales
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—with midsize and enterprise level transportation fleets.
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, metrics-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
