We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue through strategic direct sales, cultivate meaningful client relationships, and position Hyatt Centric Buckhead as the go-to destination for business, meetings, and social events in Atlanta. The role requires a confident, relationship-driven sales leader with a track record of exceeding goals and a passion for hospitality and creating authentic, locally inspired experiences.

Requirements

  • Drive revenue through proactive solicitation and closing of business across guest rooms, meeting space, and curated hotel experiences
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key and high-value accounts, identifying opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships
  • Deliver engaging site tours and presentations that highlight the hotel's modern design, local character, and Buckhead location
  • Collaborate closely with sales, catering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead and participate in sales, event, and cross-functional meetings, while supporting departmental initiatives and special projects with the Director of Sales & Marketing
