Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue through strategic direct sales, cultivate meaningful client relationships, and position Hyatt Centric Buckhead as the go-to destination for business, meetings, and social events in Atlanta. The role requires a confident, relationship-driven sales leader with a track record of exceeding goals and a passion for hospitality and creating authentic, locally inspired experiences.
Requirements
Drive revenue through proactive solicitation and closing of business across guest rooms, meeting space, and curated hotel experiences
Manage and grow a portfolio of key and high-value accounts, identifying opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships
Deliver engaging site tours and presentations that highlight the hotel's modern design, local character, and Buckhead location
Collaborate closely with sales, catering, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
Lead and participate in sales, event, and cross-functional meetings, while supporting departmental initiatives and special projects with the Director of Sales & Marketing
