Role OverviewThe Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role serves as a strategic partner to customers, identifying solutions that align with their operational and technical needs while promoting the company's capabilities and product portfolio.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within the Airline/MRO market, prospect and qualify new customers, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and negotiate pricing and contracts.

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- NetSuite or other large ERP experience desirable
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or technical products
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience with aerospace or industrial manufacturing
- Familiarity with OEM, MRO, or distribution sales environments
- Strategic account planning and relationship management
- Professionalism, high energy and excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
