  • Implements Salesforce configuration changes
  • DevOps/release management
  • Management of integrated applications
  • User and license management
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Data management
  • Proactive system maintenance
  • Identify and gather complex business requirements
  • Mentor junior employees
  • Creates high-level and detailed work effort estimates
  • Assist in documenting processes and workflows
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  • Resolve user support tickets
  • Provide user training and create relevant training materials
