Role OverviewThe Sr Salesforce Developer is a full-lifecycle role that partners closely with the business and developers to ensure system integrity and scalability. The architect combines a deep understanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen to evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
What You Will Do
Perform system administration and declarative automation. Review impact of Salesforce seasonal releases. Design innovative Salesforce solutions that integrate seamlessly with other systems and meet technical and business needs.

Requirements
- Salesforce Architect certification highly preferred
- Salesforce Admin certification (Advanced Admin preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Salesforce architect role, with expertise across various Salesforce Clouds and platforms
- Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, security controls, process builders, flows, approval processes, sharing settings and other declarative controls and automation
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Strong communication
