Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and expansion of our Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on core Salesforce platform development, Agentforce AI capabilities, and Data Cloud 360 solutions.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including Agentforce AI agents, Data Cloud 360 pipelines, and integrations with internal and external systems.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform configuration.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce development across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Experience with Agentforce, including building AI agents, prompt templates, and agent actions within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud 360, including data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights, and data activation.
- Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP), XML/JSON, and ETL processes.
- Solid programming or scripting skills (Python, Java, or similar); Apex experience required.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and CRM integrations.
- Knowledge of network security and compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
