Role OverviewAs a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will contribute to initiatives that shape New York Life's digital landscape by building innovative customer and field service solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on in application development, architecture, integration, and platform optimization.
What You Will Do
Lead the design, development, customization, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. Architect, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications and integrations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
- Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, declarative development tools, and Salesforce platform architecture
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, sharing rules, REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, Service Cloud, and enterprise application integration using modern development practices
