Role OverviewThe successful candidate will design, develop, test, and deploy custom/non-custom Salesforce solutions following SDLC standards with strong communication and client relations skills. This role demands a high degree of independent judgment and technical expertise.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, customize and configure Salesforce applications, develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.

Requirements
- baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics or related field
- six years of satisfactory full-time experience related to enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, network architecture and/or IT infrastructure systems
- strong communication and client relations skills
- ability to clarify and simplify business requirements
- ability to carry the solution to the next level
- high degree of independent judgment and technical expertise
- Java experience is a big plus
