Senior Salesforce Solutions Developer

This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote. Must have the ability to travel to our location in East Petersburg, PA. Responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support for Fulton Bank's Salesforce implementation with heavy reliance on both FSC and nCino-managed packages.

What You Will Do

Lead the software design and development effort, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and development of technical documentation. Work closely with the IT Business Services Managers, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data Management, IT Engineering, System Administration and key business partners to understand key business objectives.

Mentor and train Associate Salesforce Developers and Salesforce Developers in both processes and procedures as well as coding best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Information systems, engineering, or other technical field.
• 7 or more years Applications Development experience
• 5 or more years using Salesforce Lightning, Custom Lightning Web Components, Flows and Flow Builder, APEX, APEX Test.
• 5 or more years experience using one or more of the following Clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
• Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
