Role OverviewAs a Technical Architect with Crowe, you will play a key role in assisting leading the Company’s focus implementing both strategic, innovative, and highly technical Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will engage directly with our prospects, customers, and team, while drawing on your skills and experience to assess customer requirements and architecture in order to design creative, secure, high-performance technical solutions across multiple systems that maximize the potential of the Salesforce.
What You Will Do
Work directly with clients, solution architects, developers and functional consultants to define detailed requirements, design robust solutions that meet business objectives, and present custom solutions to key stakeholders. Manage technical scope, direction, and client expectations on multiple technical projects simultaneously. Lead & execute delivery of custom solutions that are uniquely tailored to the business’ need, including leading technical design sessions & writing technical design documents that follow development best practices.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with the last 2+ years as a Technical Architect
- Consulting experience in a client-facing role
- Expert level understanding of the Force.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Heroku) with functional knowledge of the entire product suite
- Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect strongly preferred) or equivalent experience
- Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management, environment management, release management, and deployment methodologies
