Job Description
The Senior Sanitation and Safety Specialist will work a flexible schedule to conduct inspections at temporary events, holidays, and special events. The position will act as a field staff Team Leader and assist in coordinating scheduling activities and workload distribution. The specialist will also conduct regulatory and HACCP inspections of public food service establishments and lodging facilities, and provide consultation and prepares reports relating to safety and sanitation problems.

Requirements

  • Valid driver license
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift, climb, stoop, and carry work equipment
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned health and safety inspections each workday
