Job Description
Carlisle is seeking a Senior Analyst, CX Solutions to design, implement, and support SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud, with a focus on delivering integrated customer engagement solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
Configure and optimize SAP Sales & Service Cloud V1 solutions, including lead and opportunity management, customer data management, service ticketing, workflows, and SLA processes.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Design and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Integration Suite, and third-party applications.
Support testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Develop process documentation, training materials, and solution designs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and global delivery teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of SAP experience, including hands-on implementation and support of SAP Sales Cloud V1 and SAP Service Cloud V1.
Strong understanding of CRM and customer service processes.
Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Sales Cloud V2 and/or Service Cloud V2 experience.
SAP CX certifications, SAP BTP, C4C SDK/ABSL, SAP Commerce Cloud, or Fiori integration experience.
Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
