Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Scheduler to act as the subject matter expert for scheduling systems and the main proposal scheduler for the company. The role involves maintaining S&B's P6 database, supporting project schedulers, and assisting with the use of Acumen Fuse and Risk, as well as NetPoint software. The Senior Scheduler will work closely with proposal managers, construction managers, and estimators to complete RFP requests.
What You Will Do
The Senior Scheduler will develop, maintain, and oversee all proposal schedules, assist in establishing planning and scheduling standards, and maintain technical aspects of the Primavera P6 schedule database. They will also facilitate and perform schedule risk sessions, drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes, and ensure compliance with client requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 years of project planning and scheduling experience
- 3 years of experience as a schedule database administrator
- Expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and project controls
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making capabilities
