Role OverviewE-Space is hiring a Senior Scheduler to own the Integrated Master Schedule for the Government Programs portfolio, defining the scheduling system, and establishing the company's scheduling standard.
What You Will Do
The Senior Scheduler will build the Microsoft Project template architecture, write and own the scheduling process documentation, and train and drive adoption across Program Managers, Chief Engineers, and Mission Systems Engineers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of program scheduling, planning, or project controls experience, with a substantial majority in the space industry, and demonstrated ownership of an IMS on at least one major space development program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of program scheduling, planning, or project controls experience
- Demonstrated ownership of an IMS on at least one major space development program
- Expert-level Microsoft Project proficiency
- Deep command of schedule logic, critical path method, float and margin management, and network analysis
- Fluency with schedule health assessment methodology
- Working knowledge of U.S. Government contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, OTA) and how contract structure drives schedule, deliverable, and reporting obligations
- Credibility and confidence to defend schedule realism
