Role OverviewJoin Roche's innovative research and development team as a Senior Scientist to develop high-quality rabbit monoclonal antibodies against novel biomarkers for tissue applications. This technical position is focused on developing IHC assays and interpreting complex staining patterns.
What You Will Do
Lead IHC functional screening, develop and optimize IHC assays, conduct research sample testing, and perform analytical validation. Troubleshoot technical challenges and implement solutions to improve assay robustness.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience with immunohistochemistry (IHC) based methods
- 3+ years of experience in a solid background in Pathology, Histology or Oncology
