What You Will Do
In this vital role, you will serve as the scientific Senior Scientist Business Owner for the digital tools, workflows, and data domain that support molecular cloning and individual construct and plasmid design across biologics discovery.

Requirements
- Doctorate degree
- OR Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience
- OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience
- Degree in Molecular Biology, Protein Engineering, Structural Biology, or a related scientific field
- Strong knowledge of molecular cloning and plasmid design workflows
- Experience translating scientific workflows into informatics tools
- Experience owning or stewarding a scientific product, workflow, data domain, roadmap, or feature backlog
- Working knowledge of scientific data models, controlled terminology, metadata, identifiers, entity relationships, versioning, lineage, and cross-system data integration
- Experience leading requirements reviews, user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, release readiness, and user adoption
- Familiarity with agile software delivery and preparing scientific data for analytics or ML/AI use
- Strong facilitation, prioritization, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
